Do you replace insulated glass?
Yes. An assessment determines whether the insulated glass can be replaced while keeping the frame.
Who installs the products?
Our own teams carry out the installation. The scope and finishes are defined for your project.
What warranty covers installation?
FenXtra offers a 10-year labour warranty. For contracts signed on or after January 1, 2025. For products purchased from and installed by FenXtra. The 10 years start on the installation date shown on the invoice. Labour to correct issues attributable to installation performed by FenXtra. Proof of purchase is required. The manufacturer’s recommended maintenance must be followed. Exclusions include: Accidents and abnormal use. Lack of maintenance. Extreme weather and disasters. Structural movement. Unauthorized modifications or repairs. Normal wear. Cosmetic issues with no functional impact. Product warranties and parts coverage are separate and provided by manufacturers. To request service, prepare your invoice and photos if needed, then contact FenXtra. Read and retain the written terms applicable to your contract.
