How We Work at FenXtra Windows & Doors

We begin by scheduling an in-home consultation with you, during which we take measurements and analyze your project. This allows us to fully understand your needs and preferences and propose the ideal solution for your project. 

After the consultation, we'll prepare a detailed proposal for you that outlines the proposed solution, including the type of doors and windows, materials, and any additional features. Once you agree to the proposal, we'll create a contract that includes all the project details, timelines, and costs. 

Once the contract is signed and the initial deposit is made, we'll begin manufacturing your doors and windows based on the specifications outlined in the contract. During this phase, we'll also prepare the installation site by ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are available. 

Next comes the installation phase, during which we'll remove the old doors and windows, prepare the installation site, and install the new doors and windows. This phase also includes any additional work required, such as replacing damaged frames or fixing structural issues. 

Once the installation is complete, we'll add finishing touches such as trims and seals to ensure that everything is properly sealed and secure. We'll then conduct a final inspection to ensure that everything is functioning correctly and to your satisfaction. This includes checking for any issues with the installation, such as gaps or leaks, and making any necessary adjustments. 

After the installation and inspection are complete, we'll clean up the work site and remove any debris or materials. The final payment will then be made by you, completing the project.
